Experience
After one year as a research assistant in the HCI laboratory, I continue as a Junior Researcher there. Research part of my work assumes taking part in designing and conducting experiments and writing scientific papers.
My research areas are spatial user interfaces and controllers for VR and AR. By the time, I am a co-author of late-breaking works published on CHI 2019 and 2020 and a second author of a full paper published to IEEE VR 2020.
As an intern at Audi Production Lab my role was to help with the development of a VR-platform aimed at various improvements in the car production pipeline. My task was to design and develop a full-featured text-input module that would work within the Audi VR ecosystem.
As a research assistant in HCI Laboratory I focused on such research topics as XR, UI/UX, HCI, VR controllers, user studies and fabrication. I helped to conduct research experiments and prepare testing virtual environments using Unity 3D engine.
Working at TKR Group, I was developing rich graphics training and business software and hardware solutions.
I was leading development of such projects as virtual welding simulator, Kinect based training system, realtime real estate city-scale visualization system.
I liked that my work included not only software solutions. We played a lot with hardware as well. Like touch displays, Kinect, magnetic trackers, controllers and projectors.
After my Bachelor's I started as a Motion designer for local TV channel.
My work included research, design, and planning cgi-pipeline, creating of digital footages (2D, 3D), compositing and keying, broadcast format adaptation.
During this time I mostly used 3ds Max and Adobe After Effects.
